Description:

Members Section lacks a hover effect similar to that of Rocket.Chat.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Go to options
2. Click on files
3. Hover effect is not present

Expected behavior:

When a user hovers over a member in the Members Section, the member item should visually respond (e.g., change in background color, shadow effect) to indicate that it is interactive.

Actual behavior:

No visual feedback is provided when hovering over members in the Members Section, Users do not receive any indication that the Members items are interactive.
