It's just a simple C++ program, but it takes more than 100ms

Here's the setting for Cph > Language > Cpp:

VS Code Version: 1.96.2

Operating System: <replace with OS name, version, and arch ( 32 bit or 64
bit )>Windows 11 23H2 64bit
