Add UI setting to enable sound playback per default

Describe what you are trying to accomplish and why in non technical terms
Every time I open a live stream or watch a recorded video in the review section I need to enable sound output at the playback by clicking on the speaker icon. By then a few seconds of playback have already passed.

Describe the solution you'd like
It would be great to have a UI setting to turn on sound output for all videos (streams and recordings) per default. If a camera doesn't provide audio there won't be any sound anyway. But for cameras with audio it would be a nice feature.

Describe alternatives you've considered
At the moment one needs to enable sound output every time a video is being played by manually clicking on the speaker icon. Didn't find any possibility on how to change that.

This will be persistent per-device in 0.16. Once you unmute, it will stay unmuted until you mute it again.

Thanks, that sounds good. Is there a chance to backport that also to 0.15? 😄
