Hello, I wanted to know about the display of the link that I have in my profile. Is it normal that it is stretched across the page and not carried over to the next line?

The stretched display of the link in your GitHub profile (as shown in the image) occurs because the URL you added is a very long string without spaces or breakpoints. By default, GitHub does not automatically wrap such long links to the next line in profile descriptions.
Shortening the URL is the best solution, as is using TinyURL or some other.
