Description

Now Dart supports workspaces by declaring your packages in the pubspec.yaml. However, melos still also requires packages to be listed in the melos.yaml file under the packages entry. It would be great if Melos could automatically detect and manage packages by reading the pubspec.yaml file at the root of the repository.

Reasoning

Reduce configuration and ensure that Melos stays in sync with Dart’s native workspace behavior.
