Description of the new feature/enhancement

The maximum number of installer nodes should be increased. Firefox has 231. Firefox has 291.

Proposed technical implementation details (optional)

Increase the maximum number of installer nodes to 256 512 1024.
This needs to be implemented in the:

Did this make it into the 1.1 client? If so, is there a timeline for finishing the PR validation and REST Schema?

This didn't get in. Someone mentioned the possibility of this being a breaking change if a private source had a package with more than 1024 nodes. I'll bring this topic back up. @RDMacLachlan would you be OK taking this potentially breaking change in the REST schema?
