The new thread created has the wrong creation date

Describe the bug
While creating a new thread in the notes section, the creation date is always 12/12/2024

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to link
2. Create a new thread/discussion
3. See error

Expected behavior
The creation date should be today's date

I think backend is not sending create date for it it's just sending title and id.
