I'm having an issue with my account and noticed that I can't authorize third-party apps. The error message appears to be "Your account has been marked as spam and therefore you cannot authorize third-party applications.".

I want to know the cause of this problem and how I can solve it. Is there a reason my account is marked as spam? What can I do to fix this problem?
