How do i set parameters in a Conf file?

I'm trying to run this bot: https://github.com/Alkaar/resy-booking-bot.
It says i need to "set these parameters in the resyConfig.conf file".
How do i set these parameters in a conf file. Do i open it with an app? Do i use cmd? What do i do for this?

Filled in the values but now i'm getting
[error] - (resyConfig.conf @ jar:file:/C:/Users/lilys/Downloads/resy-booking-bot-master/target/bg-jobs/sbt_b0014a9/job-2/target/1abea4f2/0d7d12fc/resy-booking-bot_2.13-HEAD+20240630-1651.jar!/resyConfig.conf: 15) Unable to parse the configuration: Expecting end of input or a comma, got '=' (if you intended '=' to be part of a key or string value, try enclosing the key or value in double quotes, or you may be able to rename the file .properties rather than .conf).

I added double quotes the same way: # resyKeys.auth-token="MY_AUTH_TOKEN"
resyKeys.auth-token="--------------------"

Then try properties extension, rename the file to resyConfig.properties and adjust the content format to:

resyKeys.auth-token=YOUR_AUTH_TOKEN

Did that. Renamed 3 files that said resyConfig.conf to resyConfig.properties and removed the double quotes i put for my parameters ( the ones that were already in the text, i left alone ) and still the same error!
