Hello! I accidentally unpublished my repository/site and wanted to reinstate it. Past advice and similar scenarios recommended to simply navigate to Actions on the top bar and re-run a recent workflow.

As seen below, I attempted to rerun a workflow (a 2nd try too) but I expected the rerun to take minutes but not hours because of how simple the codes and files were.

I suspect I reran during an anomalous period? What's the best course of action to [republish?](

The case is relevant. It appears that "Re-run jobs" enters an unexpected queued state in some cases.
