Time since last run is not accurate enough

This is a very simple problem. If you got a list of GH action runs, and you look at when the action was last executed you get a nice text like "3 days ago", but it is not possible to get the exact time, which might me needed in some instances.

It would be very simple to add this as a abbr or title to the "3 days ago" text so it is possible to get the exact timestamp when you hover over the text.
