I have changed my passkey on windows and cant use the same name, is it a bug or potential a risk?

My Windows pc is called bigboy and I wanted to change the password on the machine, now I have to set up passkey again but can't use the same name, and it doesn't show up as bigboy

Can you check and see if there's an existing SECURITY KEY currently using that name? In my screenshot you'll see every item in that list (its two). And my old device not listed anymore for some reason (maybe cause i changed passwords) under the name this new passkey should be named
