The IP address is JP's virtual server and cannot be accessed github.com，git.io。Other websites can be accessed normally.
Can't use any scripts from github.
Process：
I have tried changing the system, DNS, nameserver, and github-specified IP resolution, but none of them worked.
Pinging the server shows 100% packet loss.
Is it possible that the IP address is blacklisted by GitHub?
The server is just used as a ladder and does not do other bad things.

I am not fully understand what you are saying but I don't think you should put your IP address here.

Exposing some IPs for illustration, my virtual server is located abroad. Normally, it can be accessed without a ladder.
GitHub cannot be accessed, and all GitHub scripts cannot be used.
Pinging GitHub 100% packet loss.
