Missing Translations in GitHub Documentation Pages

GitHub provides a variety of language options, but several important documentation pages remain untranslated in Russian and French. For example, critical pages like the payment method documentation are still displayed in English in both languages:

Given the availability of other language choices, I wish to highlight this issue regarding missing translations for improvement.
