Hi everyone,

First of all, the upload button for a photo isnt always there, which means some people dont have a way to get a photo because they are on PC, second of all, even if they were to open the site on a smartphone, upon clicking the "take a photo" button it just keeps loading, i'm not sure ill get accepted as i have had to turn the virtual obs camera on to get a split screen screenshot of my id.
Lastly, remove the question "why arent you on campus", its completely unnecessary as not every country has a campus culture like the US for example and its mostly unnecessary to go there. Thanks for hearing me out

Appreciate this. We ask this to understand if our students are fully remote/online and sometimes they are on vacation. How would you perhaps correct this question since it is required to ensure that students can provide context on why they are far from campus.

On a second thought I think the question itself is fine, that is if the answer "Because it is unnecessary to be there for me" is considered valid, however in my and many others' opinion, the photo proof is a bit too much of a privacy breach and I can imagine it can put some people off joining (as it did to me, i just copied the proof before and pasted it there again, hence probably leading to my rejection).
If you guys decide not to remove the photo proof, i imagine it will be atleast helpful to include an example (as in "a photo of your garden for example ") as i did not completely understand what i should take a photo of exactly 😅
