Time and time again, my application has been denied and I don't know why.My name is the same as my student ID and my real name.(I am Japanese, so I tried both the original Japanese name and the alphabetized one in the field to enter, but it didn't work.)Does anyone know how to solve this problem?

Although our image detection is pretty robust I would recommend that in this case that you provide a translation for the evidence provided and ensure it matches to your GitHub billing details. Check out how to do this here: I need to translate my evidence. What can I do?. I would also suggest that you apply from an individual computer, or mobile device. Are you on campus in a lab?
