I'm conitnue facing this issue while executing a query over 100K rows on Planet Scale.
The error is as follows:

Mysql2::Error: target: -.primary: vttablet: rpc error: code = Aborted desc = Row count exceeded 100000

I searched for potential solutions, and one suggestion I found on a thread was to set workload=olap to handle larger queries.

I tried this approach, but it didn’t resolve the issue.

Does PlanetScale support any mechanisms to bypass or increase the 100,000 row scan limit for specific use cases?

Setting OLAP mode is per connection. Did you set it immediately before running the large query?
