Per Farooq/Becky discussion 12/12:

• Frank wants an in person session week of January 13th in DC (this is part of the contract) - Becky to ask about Kathryn's availability as Becky/Dave are not available. Funding for one Tandem person to travel.
• Plan is to present audit findings and talk about DITAP adaptations plus a kickoff for Phase 2 WS1. Would like to have Tandem representative input to the WS1 activities and plans. Possibly review a draft WS2 consortium charter.
• Will likely need a strategy session part 2 (virtual) - primarily focused on WS1 but could include WS2 (if needed)
• Farooq offered to help run a separate session 2 focused around WS2
• Agreed that this ticket should be AFTER the vendor survey is administered
