For anyone with the same issue . . . I have it working now thanks to eddison1983. Here are the steps:

In your Stable Diffusion folder, Rename the “venv” folder to “venvOLD”
Edit your webui-user.bat file and remove –xformers in the COMMAND_ARGS=
Save this webui-user.bat file
Run webui-user.bat
It will create a new venv folder and put everything it need there. This may take a little time. You’ll also get a notice message about upgrading pip (copy the path. Mine was F:\STABLE_DIFFUSION_2\stable-diffusion-webui\venv\Scripts\Python.exe but yours will be a little different depending on where you installed Stable Diffusion.
Open a new cmd . . . type in the path it gave you. (ie: YOUR LOCAL DRIVE:\NAME OF YOUR STABLE DIFFUSION FOLDER\ stable-diffusion-webui\venv\Scripts\Python.exe) At the end of this line type -m pip install –upgrade pip
After it’s done with that command, close the .bat and cmd windows.
Edit the webui-user.bat again with –xformers back in. ie: set COMMANDLINE_ARGS= --xformers Save the file.
Run webui-user.bat and hopefully you’ll be good to go.
You can delete the “venvOLD” folder if it runs correctly.
Forgive me for explaining like a 6 year old, but I’m a video guy and not a programmer and I need it explained to me this way. 😊 Good luck!

F:\STABLE_DIFFUSION_2\stable-diffusion-webui\venv is my path, with "F:\STABLE_DIFFUSION_2\ being in the folder and name you used to install it. It won't be the same as mine, but the part stable-diffusion-webui\venv should be. Hope this helps. I'm not a programmer.

Afterwards it goes on to continue loading, but displays aadditional errors about Image Browser and ImageReward.

Image Browser: ImageReward is not installed, cannot be used.
No module named 'ImageReward'

Despite these errors, the Image Browser extension seems to work at least it is able to display images and send the associated data such as prompts and other settings back to txt2img. I haven't tried all of the features yet though.

Has anyone else tried this extension along with v1.0.0-pre and encountered the same issue and/or managed to resolve it? Anyone know what might be causing it? We've already discussed this on their git extensively but have yet to work out what's causing this issue: AlUlkesh/stable-diffusion-webui-images-browser#214

Had the same issues with v1.0.0-pre "auto-installation" package, but with Clip Interrogator and TemporalKit extensions (the second one even breaks the whole webui setup). I think some extensions are sensitive to standard venv setup and not prepared for "environment.bat" procedure implemented in this portable package. Switched to the standard installation with standalone python and git, but looking for a fix, since in some case this portable package is pretty handy.
