How to change program data to C:\User\<UserName>\AppData\Roaming

When I change to this directory maunally, I shows the error.
Fail to load game configuration. No permission

After change the Data folder you need to move all data files to the new location manually.
Otherwise a default database will be created and since no game is selected in default db, so no game configuration could be load.
