This includes pinning `macholib` because of this change in `PyInstaller` that makes `macholib` a build dependency. pyinstaller/pyinstaller#5883
PyInstaller 6.0.0 introduced a breaking change where non-exes moved to a different subdirectory. This configuration restores the old behavior. https://pyinstaller.org/en/stable/usage.html#cmdoption-contents-directory
