fix(InteractionResponses): mark replied true for followUps

Please describe the changes this PR makes and why it should be merged:
followUp(s) don't mark <Interaction>.replied to true (maybe under the assumptions that it is used after replying). But it can also be used immediately after a defer.

Consider the following snippet

await interaction.deferReply();
// ...

await interaction.followUp(...);

if (interaction.replied) .. // This chek will fail even though it is replied

Status and versioning classification:

• Code changes have been tested against the Discord API, or there are no code changes
• I know how to update typings and have done so, or typings don't need updating
