Hi @abhishek6619 👋,
Thanks so much for your enthusiasm and willingness to help out! We really appreciate you taking the time to contribute.
While I agree with a lot of what you've written about Express, I think the tagline and philosophy section already captures the key points well, so I am in favor of not landing this one.
That said, we'd love for you to get involved with the project! We have a contributing guide that outlines how you can contribute, and I'm confident you'll find other open issues and PRs that could really benefit from your help. We're always looking for new contributors, and we'd be thrilled to have you on board.
Perhaps we might want to remove the tagline and replace it with that text? |
Some of that text can be added in the homepage of the new website, but for the README, I am 👎 of landing this. |
I am on the fence on this, but I think I agree with @IamLizu. I would LOVE to see our website see some love and showcase some of this kind of language. IMO the readme for this project is not where we would send folks who need this specific introduction. I wonder if we could incorporate a bit of this into the tagline? Or if maybe we could add it to the website then link directly there right below the tagline? |
