Ability to add reviewers/labels to create pr flow

Would love it if i could add reviewers to this view so I didn't have to go to the overview page. That's the only thing missing, labels are not as common though.

I actually have more need for labels than reviewers. 😄 I work on various repos where groups of labels are required to be set, else a status check will come as a failure. That then requires always opening the PR on the web specifically to set the labels.

Adding labels will be in tomorrow's pre-release build. It's not fully integrated into the "create" webview as we have some big redesign decisions to make first:

Closing as the main feature request here is labels. If there's an additional feature request for reviewers we can always add that later.
