Description of issue

When running brew bundle in a directory with a Brewfile and Brewfile.lock.json, no updates are made tot he lock file. There are newer versions of some of the formulae but I cannot get the lock file to update.

Brewfile is as follows:

Brewfile.lock.json generation was removed in Homebrew/homebrew-bundle@f92c362.
