Student Benefits Not Received After Approval

Hi everyone,

I am writing to seek assistance as I have not received my student benefits despite my application being approved on December 28, 2024. As of 22:30 on December 30, 2024 (China Standard Time), I have yet to receive any notification regarding my student benefits.

I have reviewed the FAQs and understand that it typically takes up to 3 days for benefits to be granted after approval, but it might take longer during peak periods such as the start of a semester. Since it has been over 3 days, I am reaching out to inquire if there are any additional steps I should take or if this is within the expected timeframe.

I have attached a screenshot of the approval notification I received for your reference.

Could someone please advise me on what I should do next? Is there any further information required from my side or any additional actions I need to take?

I would suggest contacting customer support directly to inquire about the status of your benefits, providing your application details for quicker assistance.

Don't worry you don't have to take any additional step, when the benefits become available, the status label will turn purple and change to:

• Congrats! Your request for @sunforwork was approved and your benefits are now available.

The waiting time may vary depending on different factors, such as the volume of requests; it usually takes a few days, but sometimes it can take a little longer, even a couple of weeks.
