I submitted a ticket for an account issue and it's been nearly a week. Is there any documentation on how long it will take for the ticket to be processed? Or is there another way to handle it?

hey dude may be I can relate with this one of my account was also got flagged for no reason and after watching some videos on youtube I realized that since I have so many devices and i've logged in my github at many devices it got flagged because github also tracks your login info if they notice any suspicious login activity or many number of devices logged in with a github account they end up flagging that account.

In my situation my old account was flagged 1 year ago and till now i've raised 2 tickets and till now my account is flagged and now i'm using my alternate github account.
