When I created Serchilo in 2005 (its original name), I was inspired by the keyword bookmarks in Opera and Firefox. I wondered: Could we create them with multiple arguments? And could we make them social, allowing users to share theirs?

Now, almost 20 years later, the service is still running.

Don't worry, it will continue to run even without sponsors. However, sponsorship is a great way to gauge interest: How many of you like it enough to not only use it but also support it financially? That would be valuable feedback!

Indeed, the more sponsors there are, the easier it becomes to consider working on this full-time.
