Direct Wayland integration

There's a number of features that currently exist for macOS and not for Linux, since they need to be implemented by directly accessing Wayland protocols when using Wayland. These include:

• Server-side decorations (xdg-decoration ⚠️¹)

• Requesting window focus on BEL/^G (xdg-activation)
• Dynamic icons (xdg-toplevel-icon ⚠️¹)

Since we already directly integrate with the X11 protocol, I think it makes sense for us to do that with Wayland also, in order to achieve feature parity with macOS.

I think that we definitely should explore the XDG decoration protocol to see if it can reliably enable server-side decorations for us? Right now we seem to be relying on turning off Adwaita which kills a bunch of features.
